Thank you for choosing QB Fintech. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making any purchase.

No Refunds Policy

QB Fintech provides digital and cloud-based services that are delivered upon activation or order completion. All purchases are final and non-refundable, including but not limited to subscription fees, setup costs, consulting hours, or custom cloud configurations.

We do not offer refunds for:

• Change of mind or mistaken purchase.

• Incompatibility with third-party systems or software.

• Lack of usage or inactivity.

• Delays in service access due to customer-side issues or third-party dependencies.

Exceptions – Service Not Rendered

Refunds will only be considered if the customer provides verifiable evidence that a purchased service was not delivered as described.

To request an exception under this condition, you must contact us in writing at contact@nexumcloud.co.site within 7 days of the expected service delivery date, providing:

• Your full name and email used at the time of purchase.

• The order number and date.

• A clear explanation and supporting evidence that no part of the service was rendered.

Burden of Proof: It is the customer’s responsibility to demonstrate that the purchased service was not provided. QB Fintech maintains internal logs, audit trails, and provisioning records that will be used to verify all claims.

If the claim is found valid, we will issue a full or partial refund using the original payment method within 30 business days.

Disputes & Chargebacks

Filing a payment dispute or chargeback without first contacting QB Fintech may result in the permanent suspension of your account and denial of future services. We reserve the right to challenge such actions with supporting documentation.
